·          The system tracks candidates, companies and job orders.

·          By implementing a keywords feature, the system automatically identifies candidates qualified for job orders. This saves the recruiters an enormous amount of time in researching qualified candidates.

·          System features include management of companies, candidates, job orders and recruiters’ workflow. Items such as recruiters’ daily agendas, call volume, send-outs and placements are tracked by the system.
